In Reverse Logistics, we collect box cargo without its attendant packaging like cartons, pallets, etc. The process of collection involves:
  • Careful handling and transportation to avoid cargo damage;
  • Sorting of cargo into its constituent parts or SKUs;
  • Disposal of obsolete and unusable products with customers' approval;
  • Categorization of products and putaway into storage locations;
  • Refurbishment and asset recovery.
