Executive – Freight Management (Air / Sea)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Freight Management Systems with smart digital capabilities.
  • Prepare Quotations and Billings to customers.
  • Co-ordinate Import and Export freight bookings including Air / Sea (FCL/LCL) / Cross Border Trucking / Inland Clearance & Trucking.
  • Manage all administrative matters of freight and Tradenet operations: bookings, orders tracking, documentations, custom declarations, shipments follow-up, monitor clearance & deliveries.
  • Communicate and receive/send pre-alerts to all stakeholders: shipping lines, airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, local customers and overseas agents.
  • Prepare full set of documentation for import and export of air/sea freight arrangement: AWB, HAWB, Permits, Manifest, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of ladings, Certificate of Origin, Hazardous Cargo Declaration etc.
  • Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding.
  • Minimum ‘O/A’ Level and above qualifications. Candidate with diploma or degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent are preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Import/Export/Cross Trade/Ocean/Air/Trucking) and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in handing dangerous goods, hazardous substances. Knowledge inn SDS (Safety Data Sheet), HS Code and Strategic Goods Control preferred.
  • Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with INCOTERMS.
  • Knowledge in permit declaration, chamber certificate of origin.
  • Registered Tradenet declarant preferred (i.e. possess customs ID to declare custom clearance permit).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency.

Customer Service Coordinator / Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Tasks
  • To provide business related information to customers in a timely and accurately manner;
  • Ensure customer enquiries are responded promptly;
  • Communicate directly and respond promptly to customer daily orders;
  • Process orders, requests and perform data entry and update stock information in warehouse management system;
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure smooth running of daily deliveries and meeting of customer delivery targets;
  • Maintain all the shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movements accurately;
  • To assist on ad-hoc request from customers;
  • Perform administration duties.
  1. Local delivery / Export Shipment coordination
  • Coordinate with Operation and Transport department for order processing.
  • Adhere to statutory and company’s safety and health policy and procedures.
  • Process orders, requests and perform data entry and update stock information in warehouse management system.
  1. Billing process
  • Maintain inventory accuracy via inhouse system;
  • Ensure all billing done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents with the given dateline;
  • Ensure all billings/ invoicing done timely and accurately with the necessary supporting documents and to meet deadline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Candidate must process at least a NITEC / Diploma / Advance Diploma /Degree, preferably in IT / Mathematics / Engineering / Science related field.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (EXCEL) / Outlook
  • Able to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Able to work in fast-paced work environment and multi-task
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods.
  • Deliver goods to various locations in Singapore.
  • Ensure deliveries safety and timely to destinations.
  • Quality and quantity check of the goods collecting or delivering.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 4 license.
  • Familiar with Singapore roads.
  • Read and write simple English.
  • Physically fit and strong.

Software QA Analyst / Tester

Responsibilities

  • Review business / system requirements
  • Create test plans
  • Document test cases.
  • Record test progress and results.
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Update system documentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Quality Control and QA Testing
  • Ability to develop test plans, test cases and test scripts
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC
  • Knowledge of basic SQL and handling SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and QA applications and tools
  • Have experience in Test Automation’s
